Capacity Building

LAWA hired a consultant to train us on strengthening our Board of Directors. We extended the invitation to other leaders of community associations in the area to participate. By doing this, the whole community is strengthened as leaders are aware of ways to improve our work.

Regular meeting are held or maintain phone calls to exchange ideas and make decisions on regular basis.
